Investment Disclaimer

Last updated: April 15, 2026

Harbor is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, financial planner, or fiduciary. Nothing on this platform constitutes investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any security, or a solicitation of any kind.

Not Investment Advice

All probability computations, signal scores, agent recommendations, trade plans, vol analysis, Monte Carlo projections, and other outputs generated by Harbor are for informational and educational purposes only. They are the output of statistical models and AI systems, not the advice of a licensed professional. You should not make any investment decision based solely on information provided by Harbor.

No Guarantee of Accuracy

The probability engine uses historical data and statistical models to estimate likelihoods. Historical performance is not indicative of future results. Market conditions change. Models have limitations. The probabilities displayed are estimates, not guarantees. Past win rates do not predict future outcomes.

Risk of Loss

Trading securities involves substantial risk of loss. You can lose some or all of your invested capital. Options trading carries particularly high risk and is not suitable for all investors. The use of leverage or margin amplifies both gains and losses. You should only trade with capital you can afford to lose.

Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions and their consequences. Before making any trade, you should: (a) consult with a qualified financial advisor; (b) understand the specific risks of the securities you are trading; (c) ensure you can bear the financial risk of loss; (d) conduct your own independent research and due diligence.

Agent System Disclaimer

Harbor's multi-agent system (Signal Agent, Risk Agent, Macro Agent, Sentiment Agent, Exit Agent, Execution Agent) uses artificial intelligence powered by Anthropic's Claude to analyze market data and generate insights. These agents are software programs, not human advisors. Their outputs reflect statistical patterns and model assumptions, not informed professional judgment. Agent recommendations should be treated as one data point among many, not as directives.

Probability Engine Disclaimer

The Probability Engine computes conditional probabilities based on historical indicator combinations. A stated probability (e.g., "63% win rate at 21 days") means that in historical data, similar setups resolved favorably 63% of the time. This does not mean the next trade has a 63% chance of success. Sample sizes, regime changes, and market structure evolution all affect the applicability of historical patterns to current conditions.

Governance System

Harbor's governance layer (PASS/BLOCK/REVIEW) enforces risk constraints programmatically. While this reduces certain risks (concentration, excessive drawdown), it does not eliminate the risk of loss. A trade that passes governance can still lose money.

Third-Party Data

Harbor may use data from third-party providers (market data, economic indicators, news feeds). We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of third-party data. Errors in source data can propagate through our models and affect outputs.

Regulatory Status

Phillips Harbor LLC is a technology company, not a financial services firm. We are not registered with the SEC, FINRA, CFTC, NFA, or any state securities regulator. Harbor is a software tool, not a financial product.
